Automotive Photography Process

So you want to know what all goes in to a shoot… Here, I will break it down for you.

Booking

• Book me (More details on that process when you are ready)

• You and I will receive an email.

• I will look at the photo you submitted and begin searching for a location, unless you already have one in mind.

• The day of the shoot, I will contact you, either to confirm the location you requested, or with details of the location I have found.

The day of the shoot

• We both arrive at the agreed upon location at the time you specified.

• I will look over the car and experiment with different angles before I pull out my gear.

• Once I am happy with the plan in my head, I will begin shooting.

• This is a tedious process and can take up to 30 minutes per angle. Please be patient with me.

After the shoot

• I will go over the image(s) and begin the culling process.

• Now the editing begins, this can take anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours depending on the image.

• After editing, I let my eyes rest then come back to the image to see if it needs any final adjustments.

• Final adjustments are made and the images are prepared for the delivery process.

Image Delivery

• I will prepare 2 files for every image. One for social media, and a high resolution for print.

• Depending on the number of files I have for you, I will either e-mail them directly or forward you a link to DropBox.

Printing

• If you ordered prints with your shoot, message me with the image(s) you want to order.

• I will place the order and the print(s) will arrive at your doorstep.
